I have had several reflexology sessions with Lucy and it really is the most wonderful experience. Lucy's garden room is so tranquil and you feel so comfortable and at ease, I cannot recommend Lucy's expertise enough!
I have just experienced on of Lucy's amazing treatments. The Winter treatment is a whole body and mind experience. Starting with a cuppa herbal tea, consultation, a meditation, back massage of essential oils and salt scrub....wow that brings the skin alive and warm thru to the bone and absolutely sensational. I’m a secondary school teacher and I didn’t realise how much I was un conscientiously holding on to, until I started having reflexology with Lucy. Despite all the challenges this year has thrown at us I have maintained balance and positivity within my job and my family life.
