Looked them up on Google, rang them up and Neil was at my home within the hour. Next day, lunchtime I had a call to say the fault had been rectified. Early evening the mower was back home and working. Cost, very reasonable and I consider that excellent service in this day and age. Well done Garden Machinery Limited.
