We highly recommend Garden Machinery Direct. We purchased a Honda HRN 536 VK self propelled lawnmower. The transaction was a smooth one. We saved money over most competitors and had free oil & delivery & an opportunity to select the date of delivery to suit our needs. Ordered items, plenty of updates about progress. Said items will dispatch only when everything is in stock, no problem at all. Items were all packed very well with attention to detail. Give yourselves a pat on the back.

Ordered a strimmer and was sent out by fedex. Says it was delivered but the person who signed for it wasn’t even me. The delivery never came to my address and have security cameras all at the front of my house. Gardenmachinerydirect say they done their job and it’s fedex problem. Still no product and little to no help. I would avoid this company and pay the extra to buy a product from someone else who will take ownership of a problem and resolve it asap. Never using them again.
Recently purchased a Segway Robotic Lawnmower from GMD. The mower had a power supply problem. GMD were very helpful and replaced the power pack. All working fine now. Great customer service.....Will buy from GMD again.
