Products are good, no issues, prices are good , no issues. Delivery information is shocking. I have placed 2 orders for products in the past. First order was a bench, it was delivered and left on the porch and I got a text message 2 hours after it was left to say " it was on its way" lucky it was still there when we got home. This year I ordered a large parasol, I received no delivery information and it arrived at 8am, lucky we were available and could take it in. Please sort out your couriers, but no issues with products.
Pure delight! Our beautiful late daughter's 10th Memorial and 46th Birthday Garden Party was as perfect as it could ever be. My pop-up gazebo was very beautiful, functional and talked about. As it was for the service of hot food, served in chafing dishes, we decided not to use the net curtains - so easy access, in & out for the guests safety. Competitive pricing and excellent customer service. The product I ordered was not available for delivery for some weeks but the customer service team kept me updated and dispatched the item on an overnight delivery as soon as it was back in stock. A very good experience when there is so much poor customer service these days. Highly recommended and will buy from Garden Chic again.
