Was very impressed with Jon in flooring. We went in right before closing one evening and had many questions regarding bamboo- laminate floors. He was very helpful, Never rushed us or seemed frustrated because of our timing. He was knowledgable and helpful. This is rare !!! 5 stars because of his wonderful customer skills.
Horrible!!!!! They put you on hold for forever waiting for you to hang up--then they don't have to help you!!!! Rather dumb if you are trying to get our "business"!!!!
Wish they had a zero. Wanted to return something. Waited an hour to be turned away. Worst of all they made me feel like a criminal.
Twice now I've drove over 30 min for an item showing in Stock for this location & they've not had it. Site to store orders seem to get screwed up also somehow.
