first of all you need associates to help customers instead of standing around and talking. there were 2 senior ladies in your store today to pick up many bags of dirt and got zero help loading it and carrying out to their vehicle. WE WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND BELIEVE ME I WILL GET THE WORD OUT
Will NEVER buy another appliance from Home Depot again and don't buy the insurance plan, they just keep giving you the run around. Haven't had a refrigerator since December 17th. Still waiting for the insurance to decide what to do.
Had to replace our hot water heater and we decided to do it ourselves- we had Ken help us in Uniontown- we had the absolute best experience- he made sure we got every part we would need to hook up correctly and safely - Give that guy a raise!
Never again will I deal with Home Depot!!! They have no customer loyalty. How is the customer service rep supposed to be loyal when the supervisor shows no loyalty to the customer. Purchased our washer and dryer two years ago almost to the date delivered. Delivered with not enough digits on the paperwork for the serial number. Everytime I call in there is an issue.
