I am writing this post both because the Customer Care line is nothing more than a marketing tool and as a warning to others. Do not buy flooring from this Home Depot! They will mess up your order and their contractors will try to over charge you. The flooring manager lacked the fortitude to confront either his own staff or the contractor on their very substandard customer care practices. This experience has left such a foul taste in my mouth I will never make a purchase there again.
