I have been trying for 3 days now - 12 phone calls - 4 hours of my time - to get answers on how to get a refund on a door. All I do is get sent person to person. Half the time, I don’t even get asked to hold - just abruptly get sent back to their horrible music HOLD. Worst customer service ever. At this point, I am going to contact my bank and turn them in for fraud. I have been waiting in door for 2 months. It was not built correctly and I do not have possession of the door. They do! I always go to Home Depot instead of Lowe’s but today was horrible. While searching for someone to help me there were several guys standing around talking she. I asked one guy could he help me he said “huh”. Then said he could not help me. Finally a lady turned her register light off and helped me. With the help of her and another customer we found the item I needed. Customer service is horrible there as well as manner of your employees. Shameful

I have been in this location many times over the past 10 years. Today I was very disappointed in the lack of concern for customers. While I was waiting in line to pay a Home D employee walked right in front of me with two plants and asked the check out person to take care of him. She did even though I was next and been waiting over 10 minutes. I left the store. Called and asked for a manager (this was around 2:45 today). Left on hold until time expired and I was returned to the operator. She took my name and number. I asked ... read more
