I spend thousands of dollars annually in your Central Avenue store. I have always found the staff to be exceptionally courteous. It sounds like this employee deserved more loyalty than you showed. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. And not at Home Depot. Change your decision and make this right. It can happen.
Your actions with regard to terminating that employee this week are completely despicable. You have lost many customers. You don't deserve this man as your employee... Lowe's just got alot of new customers. SHAME ON YOU.
I can't believe you fell for that racist's game. That guy probably went after your employee, to get him fired. You fired a victim of a hate crime and gave the racist exactly what they wanted. That even if that racist was a regular customer, (which I don't believe is likely. They probably go around trying to stir up trouble.), that racist is the one that should have been punished. Wonderful so wonderful i love this job like the people here is great workers great people and we get good customers as well love it
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Waited for over 30 minutes for help after asking 3 different times for help. Then my son and I decided to just try and carry a 106 pound hot water heater. After paying I was told someone would put it in my car waited 10 more minutes GUESS WHAT NO ONE SHOWED UP! This was my first and only time ever in that store!
Employees are useless, no help at all. They don't seem to care.
Employees yelling, dropping the f-bombs, threatening one another. Guys walking around with no shirts. People strolling around with dogs(clearly not service dogs). It's getting to be a little too much. Clean up your act or I will find somewhere else.
I love Home Depot, but I'm shopping online for Portable Air Condioners & can't find a thing or compare prices, I'm ready to buy, but I need to shop from home right now.
