I went there looking for information on gun safes and Brenton was very knowledgable and helpful, he even went looking for me at the checkout register to tell me about the change in the warranty(for the better) on the safe he helped me pick out. Brenton is a model employee.
Bought a brand new washer and dryer from them more than 3 months ago and the dryer has been broken twice upon delivery (before it's even installed) and everyone they send to fix it cancels last minute, doesn't tell me try are canceling or is told they should be doing something different. I am a patient man, but this Home Depot has been the worst I've ever encountered.
Would give no stars if possible. Had an appointment for gutters to be installed. First appointment was called AFTER they should have been here and working and told that a part didn't come in. Second appointment they arrived 1.5 hours late. No call, no apologies. I had an appointment and had to leave so they couldn't do the installation then. Made third appointment. It is now 2.5 hours after that appointment and we've received no call nor has anyone shown up. I am disappointed by this treatment and hoping it won't be too much... read more
This location has the worst customer service in the area. The other locations do not seem to have the same issues. The employees seem bothered when asked what area the simplest items are located in. It will take an extreme emergency for me to go back into this particular location for anything.
