I'll never spend another dime at your store. It's pretty sad your going to let an ignorant obviously uneducated low life customer get away with harassing your employee and not having his back. You suck Home Depot.
You unjustly fired Maurice Rucker so I will be shopping elsewhere for my home improvement needs.

To fire Maurice Rucker, an excellent longtime employee is inexcusable---particularly when he was responding to racist abuse from a customer. I will not shop at this or any Home Depot until Mr. Rucker is rehired or otherwise compensated to his satisfaction. Further, the abusive customer, who I believe is known to you, should be banned from the store.
The recent termination of a long-time and loyal employee (Maurice Rucker)... Just bought Home Depot a boycott until that gentleman is awarded his position back along with a bonus of a week's pay. 31+ year's as a Safety Management Consultant and I am bedazzled that you didn't FIRST review and update your policies that were in place. Credibility is so hard to earn yet so easy to lose. Lowe's it is!!!
Home Depot management TEAM and HR should be ashamed if themselves. NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO RACIST ATTACKS.
Your employees are the foundation of your company. To allow one customer to verbally assault your employee is disgusting enough, but to fire that employee is even more deplorable. I will never spend a penny of my money in your store! Your managers obviously need better training on resolving these type of situations. If you had any business sense at all you would fire the manager and give this man his job back. Boycotting ALL of your locations.
