RecommendedThe employees and manager went above and beyond to get my fridge delivery problem resolved. They were all super nice and actually showed compassion other than the delivery company that corporate has decided to use.
Fire the current company you use for deliveries. Almost 2hrs late and still no notice and no means to contact anyone. HORRIBLE service.

I have spent all afternoon waiting on a washer and dryer delivery...it's now 9:00 p.m. and the 877 number tells me it's still out for delivery and they will call me 30 minutes in advance. I called the store at 8:45 to be put on hold and at exactly 9:00 they picked up the phone then HUNG UP ON ME! I just called back and guess what? The store is closed! I'll not be buying anything at Home Depot for a very long time and I'm posting this on my facebook page!
Don't expect Home Depot to care about your property when they deliver! The delivery truck destroyed my yard, and Home Depot isn't taking responsibility for fixing it. Very disappointed! I do not recommend them for any service!
