My husband and I were recently shopping there when a very strong thunderstorm hit and the area was put under a tornado warning. I was very impressed by the professionalism and proficiency the staff showed when putting the store's tornado warning response in effect. Customers were invited to the break room area for safety, and staff kept making sure everyone who wanted to sit had a seat. They also passed out bottles of water as we waited. Me and my husband went to Home Depot in Knightdale, NC on Easter and asked for an associate to help us with finding a lawn mowers. Associate Jeff Watlington came right over and did an amazing job helping us pick the mower that was perfect for us and stayed with us helping us find the bagger and other accessories we were searching for. He was very nice, patient and attentive. That was the best service I had ever had at Home Depot or any other hardware type store for that matter. We purchased a refrigerator and range on December 28th. The order got messed up five times, with delivery dates changing four times. The issue was between Home Depot and Samsung regardless we had enough and canceled because they couldn't make it right. No one called us to tell us there was an issue.
This is definitely my #favoritestore!
the manager there is about as dumb as a politician. The wimmin that answer the phone are about as helpful as a dose of clap. Together, all of them should run for congress where they would fit right in with all the crooks and shysters' up there.
We were looking for a refrigerator the other day at Lowe's. They were understaffed and everyone was very rude. We left for Home Depot and everyone was super helpful and friendly! William in appliances, was awesome! We have 100% switched our future shopping:)
