The Nurse Practicioner there is brilliant!! My son has never acted up with her in 4 years! Love them!! Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many

Sometimes, but not always Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Sometimes, but not every time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Yes, I trust them

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Not at all. They wouldn't let me leave unless my child got every vaccination Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Not really Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.
