Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much

Not satisfied, but not unhappy Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page

Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them Would you recommend this pediatrician to others? I Already Have Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
