Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

The worst part abou this doctors office was how they acted about me breastfeeding my 9 month old. They told me that I should start to wean him and even got offended when I asked if there was somewhere I could sit and nurse him. I was shocked at this because UNICEF, la leche league, the Surgeon General and others state that breastfeeding to "age two and beyond" is best for baby and mother. This was my biggest peeve. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
