Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

This pediatrician is kind but doesn't have the best bedside manner. My kids love the great murals on all the walls. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes
