It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? No, they told me my child had to get every vaccination, regardless of my concerns Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? ... read more

Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
