I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get a new one used car to stop here first. The staff there is amazing Todd in sales makes everything a breeze. Ken and bob as well will get you where you want to be payment wise. This was third vehicle purchase from there and I will be going back when time comes to get the next vehicle. Excellent staff and excellent customer service that make car buying easy and simple because we all know how hectic it can be.

Just bought A 2016 Jeep Cherokee!! The staff were wonderful to work with , and super friendly ! Car buying is A Long process - we were there 3 hrs and they were great when my 7yr old began getting restless 😬 Thank You Ganley !!! I will deffinetly recommend you !!!

Well where do I begin? My father purchased his ram(silver big horn) and recently had a tailgate recall, which service refused to do because of bed liner we installed ourselves. Roll on, anyway few days before it went in the tail gate but him in the head. He could have been seriously hurt. Does the dealer want a wrongful death lawsuit because service refused to do recall? Our Salesman Nick Artino made us buying a Jeep and Ram a great experience. He found us what we wanted. He went above and beyond. Made us feel comfortable. Everyone we talked to at Ganley were very nice as well. No pressure, and will go see Nick for our next vehicle as well. (PS, this is the 2 nd truck and Jeep from Nick!) go see him!

Absolute joke. Tell them I’m ready to buy, she tells me she will send pictures and more info. 2 hours of waiting and nothing. Call back and it’s not available. Absolute joke of a business.

Customer service sucks. My grand daughter had an appointment one morning. She is a single mother with a job and 3 school age children. She made many calls to find out about her car no one called her back. They have no loaners unless your appointment is 2 weeks down the line. Every time she called her tech was at lunch. 30 hours later and they still had not looked at her car. Finally 36 1/2 hours later her car is done. What is the purpose of an appointment.
