Their customer service in their service department is great. I chose this place cause I was visiting a friend who lives in the area. It was a great choice. I will certainly be coming back to this place in my future. I live in Akron and bought my 14 Charger at Fred Martin. Their customer service department treated me like crap when I called for an appt for the recall. Made false accusations and demanded I have someone to pick me up they needed my car for the whole day. Communication with Jeff was sacred towards the end. Once they found my credit wasent that great, or I don’t have thousands down, I was pushed away and they helped other customers and got to me whenever they had time. In the beginning it was great, but after it was terrible. I though this was the dealer that was gonna help since the guy Trent talked about how they helped trouble credit, it was there specialty. Apparently it’s not, they still require the same as every dealer. Sad. But it is what it is.
Horrible service, I live 4 hours away and called and spoken to manger about a Jeep, he told me he’d be there until 6, so I headed there 2 hours in they raised the price my bank officer said. And then the dealer ship called saying they was closing earlier. So to sum it up. The internet prices are false prices! And they get rather mad when you don’t finance with them. Rather thankful for not buying off of them!

We just traveled 2 hours for a deal we made over the phone with Todd. Everyone around here said that the deal was to good to be true. The experience couldn't have been better. The drive was well worth it. Process was smooth and easy. Best deal on a wrangler by far.
My experiences has been good and bad here. I’ve purchased two vehicles, and leased two others. Every time my salesman Troy has been great! He always goes out of his way and is extremely invested in making the customer (me) happy. Finance as well has always been very good. Service is a different story. They’re polite but the quality of work is questionable. I purchased a vehicle yesterday, get home and realized one of the brake lights don’t work. Makes me wonder what they do back there. I had the best buying experience here! Todd Roske was so helpful and listened to everything I was looking for. It was truly 5 star service. Bob Kukwa was also great with all of my financing needs. I would recommend them to anyone! I will definitely be returning to them when it is time for a new car!
