I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and within 2 months, I had to replace the brakes and rotors (rear brake pad had basically fallen off). Shouldn’t that have been something I was warned of when looking to purchase the vehicle so I could have gotten it taken care of right away? When I tried to get in there to get it serviced, the next available appointment wasn’t for a month. Who can drive around for a month with bad brakes? Do not bring your vehicle in for service! I have had the worst experience and the customer service has been terrible. Brought my 2016 Jeep in for an oil change there for the first time and found out they didn't put oil in it. Car was stalling out and lights were on so I brought it to another dealership to find out there was no oil put in my car causing all the issues and having to replace other parts that went bad due to not having oil. The service desk personnel are professionals. Always eager to listen. I have been dealing with Ganley for many years. I've always contended that I can spend my money at any dealership, but have chosen( and recommended) Ganley for many of my new car purchases.
They wasted my time. Tried to rip me off with my trades. Should have been an easy deal, but they did not want to sell me a truck. Waited 30 minutes to test drive a truck that was buried in the lot. When they finally got to it there was no gas.
