The service department is so friendly and helpful. I showed up before they were even open and explained that I had to be at work in a half hour and they did everything possible to help me out in time. Great customer service.
I bought my Jeep 8 months ago. It was the BEST experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and I have bought many over the years. At my first service appointment they had a few emergencies come in...they kept me apprised of why there was a delay. I was there yesterday for an oil change/tire rotation. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I am highly pleased with my service and how I was treated.
Every time I go in there the people in the service department make me feel like I’m wasting my time and money. I also feel like my concerns for my car aren’t shared by them and that they act like I don’t no what I’m doing. Beautiful property clean looking place I just feel the customer service is really bad in the mechanic department I’m definitely recommending people not go to Ganley for a new car or any car service.
