Don’t buy from here this place will rip you off steal your money waste your time and push your bottoms. I bought a brand new 2018 Dodge Ram and as soon as I left the lot the service brake system came on. They had me come up there to waste my time to tell me to make an appointment. The reason behind a purchase of a new truck is to not have to worry about problems. This dealership has a terrible team of managers and the customer skills are terrible. Save yourself the bad experience and go somewhere else
RecommendedI had terrific service! My Sales person Mark Gerisch was attentive and listened to what I wanted in my new vehicle. I walked out with a NEW JEEP Cherokee! I would definitely recommend Ganley again and would send anyone to see Mark!
Very terrible service. I bought a van in May/ 2018 in Mentor/OH. The temporary plate is almost expired. The sale just asked me to deal with plate stuff by myself. I just wondered that the plate thing should be arranged by dealership. The service is very very terrible. I'll never buy car form Ganley
Amazing staff! No pressure whatsoever. Justin was a very nice and personable salesmen with a great sense of humor. Al in finance worked his tail off to get us in the Pacifica we wanted. Hasell was extremely pleasant and was very caring. We were not just treated like a customer or a sale. The staff cared and went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you all!
Super good experience with my salesman, Nick Artino! Got the car I wanted, at a great price. He was fun, and kind. Did all he could to make me de-stress! Met several other members of the staff, all were so nice. Ganley Village was a wonderful experience, and I love my new Jeep Compass!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst dealership I have ever worked with. They were slow in every aspect and we wasted far too many hours here before finding another car at Fred Martin Superstore and closing the deal in a matter of hours. What took this dealership days, took a good dealership minutes!
