Extremely poor service. Despite charging very high service charges, they fail to respond to emails or messages for weeks at a time. Communication is almost non-existent, and issues are left unresolved. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.
Galliard Homes are evicting a children's gymnastics club from their current location in Beckton. Could not care less about the local community and places profit over people. Avoid.
I lived at Westgate House, managed by Galliard Estate Management, from August 1st 2023 to July 31st 2024. The good The apartments are small but fit for purpose and generally well designed. The gym is well-stocked and access to the cinema room is nice. The concierge desk is manned most of the time and accepts parcels which are stored securely.
