I lived at Westgate House, managed by Galliard Estate Management, from August 1st 2023 to July 31st 2024. The good The apartments are small but fit for purpose and generally well designed. The gym is well-stocked and access to the cinema room is nice. The concierge desk is manned most of the time and accepts parcels which are stored securely. lovely looking flats - sadly the workmanship is dismal in all respects. Heating, ventilation (non existent but oddly a certificate for it showing air flow through pipework not there) - fire doors have not been certified - and of course the issues with fire stopping and cladding now endless - which have also thrown up worrying problems with the build itself.
