I am honestly disgusted and in disbelief at the way I have been treated in this lawyers I was past from one to the next not organized , not listening getting things mixed up and wrong and to me taking the easiest option and not wanting to do they work from Jennifer liddel to Amy lidell back to another Jen then back to Amy and when I would phone to ask to speak to them I would get called back. Avoid this firm! Neil was the only decent lawyer there. He has now left. Looks like lawyers only go to gallen & Co to gain more experience then leave. The offices scream legal aid! Nothing is reinvested back into the firm. Files left lying on the floor. There was actually an incident in Nitshill were the office flooded. Actually sent an old man along to represent me who never had a clue what was going on. Didn't even know what he was there to represent.
