Thank you!!!!, to the Muskegon store and repair dept. You've saved our old Hoover twice! Instead of trying to talk me into a new vacuum, you have the integrity do what's best for me. You actually told me to hang on to it as long you can get the parts. When it's time to replace old reliable, guess where we'll buy?

I sure wish there was a location closer to Battle Creek/Kalamazoo... but Cindy in Lansing is always so helpful and cheery, she makes the drive worth it. I can't say enough good things about all the locations really. Thank you All at Gall. ;)

I had a great experience at the Wyoming store! When I brought in my old sewing machine for repair, Becky was very helpful and respectful. She did show me some new machines, but I did not feel pressured to buy at that time. When I returned later to actually buy a machine, again I was treated with respect. Becky listened carefully to what I needed in a machine and helped me choose one that was within my price range.
