Love them! Maren was so helpful! I'm getting my sewing loft rearranged today to make room for my new Janome Skyline S9 and super fancy new table. I'll be back!!
We had a great time this weekend on retreat with the Gall Sewing family. The projects were fun and we learned a lot. We definitely fell in love with the new long arm quilting machine and the embroidery machine. Thanks so much Becky and all of the instructors, and everyone who works for Gall Sewing and Janome. I purchase a brother sewing machine from gall 2 days ago and today I just finished my first patched blanket! The girls at Wyoming location were amazing I don't care what any of the other reviews say Becky, Chris and Debbie are fantastic not only did they go above and beyond the call of duty but they made me feel like part of a "sewing family" these girls have a special bond at the Wyoming location that makes he value of my purchase that much better. Business is not all about the products you sell, it is also about the relationships you build, anyone can sell you a product but if there is no relationship then why go back to any particular business. Gall Sewing and specifically Maren (In my case) went above and beyond. I haven't been to Galls in a couple of years due to illiness.now my beautiful Janome machine is in Florida. I would like to join some classes and use Galls machines..we now fly back to Florida so unfortunately had to make the decision. Is Marn and Penny still working in the Muskegon store?
I love it at Gall, the instructors are great and I can learn how to use new machines. If you are looking to learn quilting or seeing I would highly recommend going to Gall
I wanted to thank Becky from the Wyoming store for helping my mom thread my serger without even charging her. This is true customer service that you hardly see anymore. Gall Sewing is lucky to have an employee like you.
