Took my vacuum into the Lansing location today because I turned it on, a puff of smoke came out and it stopped working. They said they gave free estimates for repair. The serviceman looked at it, never took anything apart, and told me it would cost $900.00 to repair. Or I could buy a new one he recommended for $1500.00. My husband took it apart, repaired a burnt wire connection on the power switch. Works just fine now. I thought with how long the company had been in business it would be a reparable place. I have purchased several machines from the Lansing store and received excellent service. All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The team at Gall Sewing & Vac are wonderful! They worked with me for a weeks worth of lessons while I visited Lansing MI. Virginia made sure I knew all the basics of my embroidery machine so that when I got back home in Iowa I could run it and have fun. Every time I get back to Lansing I will visit Gall Sewing and meet my new friends Jason, Virginia, Victoria, Cindy and Mike. Wonderful people to do business with!!
I absolutely love Galls! I bought a duel sewing and embroidery machine from there 5 yrs ago and have had the best customer service from them. I walk in and everyone is smiling and happy to figure out what the best thing for you is. They take their time to talk with you. I will always only use them for all my sewing needs. You can’t go wrong with Galls!
