RecommendedUpon arrival there is a sign to ring the bell to be let into the building. The staff was very quick to answer the call and let us in promptly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I needed for my sewing machine. Would recommend.
Brought in my Dyson for repair because the brush head would not spin on carpet. The rep said she would make a note of it and they would do a $75 tune up and call me and let me know what was wrong and any additional charges. She said they were very backed up and it would be a few weeks before they could look at it. They called a few weeks later and said it was “ready” with no description of what they did or what was fixed. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Was very surprised at their customer service i expected to walk in and get the hard sell, that did not happen! They listen to my needs and didn't try to up sale. I will be going there for all of my sewing/embroidery needs!!
