Not only did Maren help me out with threading my serger, she had excellent excellent customer service as well! She showed me step by step how I needed to do something!
I have purchased multiple machines from the Lansing store within the last 2 years. Sewing, embroidery, quilting and now the Brother Scan and Cut. I have also just started the block of the month and Virginia is AWESOME! Everyone has been extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and super friendly! I have worked with Greg, Cindy, Virginia and Jason. Highly recommend them all at Gall Sewing & Vac in Lansing!
