nurse very pushy and said she was going to tell Dr she thinks we should go and all. also said she should get the test the Dr ordered and Dr was getting ready to leave on vacation before she came in at shift change so must of told new dr. won't return here I will go to osf next time where they have more compassion for the patients even when they are busy like here tonight!
my friend went several times to the ER and was treated like a drug seeker, now after months of it she went to osf was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thanks cottage
Dr and nurses were great!! The girls working registration on the other hand were downright rude and unprofessional. I sat in the waiting room for almost 2hrs and listened to one bad mouth and make fun of a few of your patients. The employees sat back in the office behind the window talking very loudly about patients and using profanity. Very,very unprofessional and has no business working in the medical field if all they're going to do is judge and make fun. No compassion at all.
