My Husband had to take His 84 yr old Mom there for a Dr Appt on Wed 3-25,. No one had on mask or protective clothing of any sort. In the middle of this covid19 I’m shocked there not on board with taking precautions.

Highly satisfied with the ER care received at Cottage ER tonight. Nurse and Dr. Dean were amazing.
I came into the ER on the 27th. I have absolutely zero complaints about my experience. The ER staff was amazing ! They kept me into the loop the entire time, stopped in and checked to see how I was doing on multiple times. The ER Doc came in and explained to me exactly what was going on and what further symptoms I could experience. Simply put...I was impressed ! Kudos out to the ER staff at Cottage !!
everything from the business office to the CEO, the care is terrible,if your on public aid, no insurance, Medicare you are then sent to st.mary's, my uhc insurance from Caterpillar pays very little and their doctors, are all considered out of pocket, and even if they were I would not go there,the care you receive is very poor,they treat their staff very poorly, do get me wrong 15-20 years ago maybe longer,it was when they became a private hospital, that everything went down hill,including housekeeping department.

This one goes out to all the awesome medical staff at Cottage hospital in Galesburg for keeping tabs on my bicycle while I've been in for my emergency appendix removal and took great care of me. U all have been wonderful and go way above and beyond just doing your job. U are all awesome and I appreciate everything y'all have done for me. U rock!
