Typically I'm happy with the care my family receives at Cottage but recently the new walk-in clinic has opened at Hyvee so now every time my children are sick we are directed to go there. I chose a pediatrician for a reason! Taking your sick children to sit in a grocery store clinic while they fumble to examine your baby and google things they are unsure of is less than desirable. Not happy at all.
I must say I love your walk-in clinic at Hy-vee. Everyone there was so nice and they got us in and out quickly. I can't say thank you enough. Took away your 5-star rating because well you took away the clinic that help this into town shame on you.
Mediocre physicians long wait, Nursing staff good.
The only place I go for my emergency the staff is the best.
I have had nothing but wonderful care the last two times I had to go there. EVERYONE that are there are very caring.
My God son was a patient here We went to remove ventilator the Drs and nurses were very concerned For the circumstances i was very satisfied
