The pediatrics office is great. Moved here from another state and was nervous about having to change pediatrician. Dr. Tigar is awesome. He is a wonderful Dr.
Very friendly and courteous staff. They were able to see my daughter when she was unexpectedly sick ( once for throwing up, and low fever , second time for a rash). We see Dr. Spraggins and love her. The nurse had called back the following day(s) to check on her too. I highly recommend this group.
Comment is about Galen Medical - Hixson. Perhaps Galen Medical is growing too fast. The doctors seem excellent, but they do not do "call backs". Have been trying to talk to a physician's assistant or nurse for two weeks. Had one call back at 8:30 in the morning asking that I call back. Great start! I called back and said I was asked to call back to a certain nurse. Receptionist was great and said "she is on another call, please hold and I will connect you when line is free."
