Overall services are good and agents are always very polite , takes long to get repairs carried out but they do get them fixed in the end. Been a tenant for two years now and counting.
I highly preffer to rent house , flat, bonglow or any other property from GALAXY LETTS.. Service is so quick All the staff members are very friendly They solve the issue very quick if you have any problem in house or flats.. Am really thnkfull nd greatfull for renting property from Galaxy..🙏🙏
We have been renting with Galaxy Letts for nearly 2 years. From requesting a visit to moving in. Everything was seamless. Everyone we have dealt with are professional and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to rent with Galaxy Letts.

The process of getting the house and moving in was pretty easy, though due to being self employed I did have to provide 6 months rent in advance and have a guarantor. Upon moving in we updated the landlord with works that needed doing, most importantly that I'd specifically selected a property with a garage but the garage door was broken and although they were aware of this and have been asked regularly over the following 10 months but there still has been nothing done, so I've been paying the extra for a property with a gar... read more
