If you want the best of the best for your pet(s) this is the place! My pup Lola who is almost 6 yrs old has been going to Gainesway since I adopted her at 2 years old she is my baby and I trust this place like no other! Dr. Nolty is my favorite he has always provided excellent service and I never have to wait to get in for my appointments. The facility is very clean and the employees are always so kind! I recommend Gainesway to all my friends and family!

Dr. Nolty is by FAR the most professional, kind, caring vet I have ever been to. I will literally never go anywhere else.

If I had the option of not giving a star that’s what I would choose. I took my bouvier to Gainesway and saw “doctor” sallee. I explained how my dog had a past with pancreatitis and I was suspicious that he was suffering from it again. I told the vet how my dog was coughing/vomiting clear fluid, and that there was blood all over my house, even on my doors. All he did was test he feces and check his temperature. He gave me an antibiotic and a cough suppressant and told me I had...Continue Reading

Our first visit was a couple of weeks ago and they were so friendly, patient and informative. I truly believe they care about the animals that come through their office. We are having our second visit next week and will definitely continue to go back.

We've been clients for a very long time...late 90s! Some of the best vets around are at this clinic. They've taken care of our pups for a very long time.

We've tried a couple vets here in Lexington for our 3 wiener dogs and we weren't satisfied until we found Gainesway Small Animal Clinic. They've helped our dogs with allergies and spays and they've been nothing but wonderful to our babies. Will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Nolty is amazing. He’s a dog whisperer. I love the fact that he is honest and up front with you about the diagnosis. We took our baby girl Dolly after going to , two other vets and two different diagnosis and prognosis. One said lymphoma and one said torn ligament. Dr. Nolty reviewed her records and both prior diagnosis are not accurate at all. We got some antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds and monitoring her and ruling out some other diagnoses. Dolly isn’t scared at all. She wags her tail when she sees Dr.Nolty. We’... read more

Dr. Vice had been our vet for many, many years! He is the kindest, most wonderful vet I have ever known. He goes way beyond the call of duty, and loves every fur baby that comes to see him, as much as he loves his own! I would recommend him to any and everyone-all day, every single day!! He is absolutely the most amazing Veterinarian and person I know!!
