Every experience with Gainesway was smooth. They always seemed to be able to get us in on short notice. During the recent passing of our Chiweenie Maggie Dr. Sallie went above and beyond to help her and was truly comforting while trying to help ease her pain. The thoughtful phone calls and letters really showed he cared for our family and our pet during one of our roughest times. Thank you so much.
I found My dog, Goku, having what I assumed was a seizure on Saturday. I quickly packed him up and took him to Gainesway, in my rush I didn't call ahead. Despite this, the staff was really accommodating to my concern, and Dr. Nolty gave him a thorough look over. After seeing Goku's behavior and sensing my apprehension and worry, he made sure to take the time ease my mind and explain what I should look out for in the future, rather than just send us on our way. My Diesel was sick with fluid on his lungs. Dr. Nolty is truly the best. He tried to ease my mind. He genuinely cares about the animals he treats. I'm happy to say Diesel feels a lot better and his symptoms are going away. I won't let my dog see anyone else. Thank you so much Dr. Nolty for helping my baby.
