RecommendedI’ve been bringing my 2 pain in the butt 😆 pit bulls here for 10 years and they have been nothing short of amazing to both of them! And they are very accommodating to their special “issues” One of my pit bulls hates vets and isn’t very trusting of strangers but he has never growled at any vet here! That lets me know they are great people!
Dr. Vice is ABSOLUTELY the best. Talented, experienced, empathetic and conscientious of finances when presenting options for treatment. Our family has brought animals to him for over 20 years.
Friend of mine brought in his deceased fur baby today. He was already upset because he couldn't get through to your office. I don't care whether your phone line is down or not. You NEVER tell a grieving pet parent to go home whether he calls the manager heartless or not. You absolutely lived up to the name. We'll make sure everyone knows about what to expect in your clinic. Maybe a boycott is in order.
I would not recommend them anymore. They once were great, but something, or someone has changed. They never answer the phones anymore, and they don’t care about your pets like they use to. Must be a different manager, or something, but it’s horrible now. The person answering they phones is hateful, and when I told her I would go elsewhere, she said good and hung up the phone. So I did, and I’m never looking back...!
I will still recommend Gainesway, however, I do not recommend Dr.Mccord. Dr. Sallie and Dr.Vice are absolutely stunning. Large situation happened, both parties were at fault, I was a mediator making sure a friend of mine was okay they handled the situation wrong. But, what transpired after both the Vet and the Manager coming back out to essentially harass someone was highly inappropriate. The receptionists were phenomenal, 100% sympathy given the grieving party.
They have been really nasty and rude to a friend of mine.
Affordable 5 star quality care. Thank you Dr. Vice & staff for getting us a same day appointment!! Staff was very welcoming & Dr. Vice was knowledgeable, kind, & patient with us. We will be back again when our pup is better for a well visit. I think we’ve found our forever vet clinic! Thank you again!
