The best restaurant in Galveston ! I️ go every time im in town !
Staff was great. Excellent service. There were 9 of us and we tried a bite of everyone’s food. All the food was fabaloud

We had lunch at Gaido's after court yesterday. It is a serene, tranquil setting from which we could watch the ships out on the gulf. The server, Marshall, was outstanding. The food was excellent. Servings were quite ample. We were very impressed and well pleased with the experience. I must say the shrimp bisque was THE best soup I have ever tasted. I would come back just for it! Thank you for an exemplary dining experience!!
This place is a MUST when in Galveston. Sally was awesome and the atmosphere was like another era. Says a lot for a restaurant to be around since 1911! The food was the best I have ever had... awesome awesome place!
As always, delicious and wonderful. We make sure we stop every year just for the bisque and pecan pie - cannot be beat!!!!

Very good food but quite expensive. Had to dispatch a fly before we ate. Server forgot to ask us what we wanted to drink. I'm sure that was an oversight because they did an excellent job otherwise.
Had dinner here Friday night with out of town family, I haven't been in years and they had never been. We were all treated to wonderful service, and a fabulous meal from start to finish. We loved looking at all the history on the walls, shopping in your little shop and being treated like old friends. We will be back soon.
