Terrible customer service. Waiter was nowhere in site and I needed a refill on my beverage. I asked the other waiter I saw if he could help us out and get me a refill. He told us that this is not his table and basically told us no. Since it was a family favorite we thought we would give it another chance. They served me fish that was sitting in the back not being properly taken care of. I got food poisoning and had to be rushed to the ER. There is many better places in Galveston to choose from. I would not recommend gaidos.
Everything was AMAZING...Very delicious Can't wait to go back.

This was the worst! Pork chops were overcooked and dry. Not to mention about 4 inches and tough to chew! The order was messed up twice and when they FINALLY got it right, it has no flavor! Definitely will never go back!! Service was terrible. Was told the manager would come talk to us......but he never did.

My 2 kids and i stopped for dinner before going to the pier, service was excellent, food was perfect was just as nice as i had remembered it from coming to Galveston 20 years ago.
Best meal I've ever eaten. Staff was on point. I even tried oysters for the first time!
We love Gaido's. The grilled Tuna is amazing. And the service and view are pretty amazing also
This was my first time to eat at Gaido's and it didn't disappoint! We had made reservations and were seated immediately. The service was wonderful. I had the chefs special which was a grilled swordfish with jumbo lump crab on top. It was incredible! The house vinaigrette was delicious on my salad, and the bread soft and delicious. I will definitely return.
We celebrated my 60th Birthday last night . The wait staff was excellent especially the head waiter. We had 19 people at our table. The only thing that upsets me os I ordered a bowl of gumbo togo We did not recieve it. Only to find that out once we were back home in League City putting up our left overs. Anyone wondering where to go for great food and excellent waiters this is the #1 place to go.
