My experience is that they are always providing an excellent and efficient service
I will never again book with this company! After having booked a cottage, I caught the COVID virus and we immediately cancelled the stay. They refused to pay even a partial refund.
The staff at the Dingwall Office were always so helpful, patient and efficient whenever I phoned. They certainly deserve 5 stars. A grateful and satisfied customer. 😊
Easy booking process and the cottage we stayed in was lovely.
