Verified Renter The apartments have been going downhill. The staff is good but it’s all the changes they’ve made in customer services. The services they hired is rude and does not follow up.
Verified Renter Generally well run Apartment community. Noisy area from the road to the club on the side of the building. Building seems like it has old bones although constructed well. Water pressure can be inconsistent. Seems energy efficient as utility bills are reasonable. Would like to see visible security and a vending machine.

Verified Renter The concierge and leasing office staff are the best part of the building by far. They are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful at all times. Building maintenance, on the other hand, is a major issue. This weekend there was dog poop in the hallway outside my door. The trash disposal room on the 7th floor reeks so badly and constantly that a guest I had over was sick from the fumes after taking a bag over there. Verified Renter We moved in to Gables River Oaks a few months ago and love it! The staff are very friendly and work hard to make sure that any problems are resolved quickly. The building is great and the neighborhood is very walkable with plenty of shops and restaurants.
