very poor experience with concierge staff My experience with the concierge staff at Gables River Oaks has been nothing short of disappointing. The inefficiency with new lease contracts and move-in procedures has been a source of frustration and inconvenience. Firstly, it took a whopping 10 days from the time we submitted our application fee to receive our lease contract, and even then, it was not finalized until our moving date.
