The best place to live in Houston Great community! This property has everything to offer besides the amenities. Quiet building, don't hear my neighbors at all. The construction of the building, floors are great. The management staff are always friendly and willing to help. My requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner and the property is well maintained at all times. I love this place and love calling my place home.
Looking for luxury? You've found it! Gables River Oaks puts in the work and includes small touches that really stand out. The apartments are beautiful; with bluetooth speakers, cement between floors (which keeps things cool) and great sound reduction. The pool area is fun and functional with grill and refrigeration spots along with rent-able cabanas. You can walk to Whole Foods and a mix of restaurants. The best place to live Everything about this apartment is perfect. Location....restaurants, nightlight, shopping etc. Very clean building, such as the common areas, pool, hallways are well kept. Management is wonderful!
Luxury living near River Oaks I love my apartment! Where do I begin? First off, the building is a concrete structure which means you don't hear your neighbors nearly as much as you do in other apartments. I believe there is 9 ft of concrete between each apartment. Gables River Oaks- My new social milieu. I recently moved to the Gables River Oaks- It is one of the most exclusive zip codes in Houston, and the apartment atmosphere is rich for a raconteur bon vivant, such as myself. Sure, there are regular vehicles in the car park- but I prefer to park the maserati next to the rolls.
