This place is a gem in the heart of Coral Gables. Not only are the staff friendly, they're extremely helpful. Maintenance requests are answered almost immediately, and on a Saturday! The buildings amenities are great and upkept! They never seem to miss a beat. I was confused at first because of some of the mixed reviews (from a few years ago) but whatever they have going on now with management, keep it up! A+ staff - A+ location - A+ building.
