Don’t move here if you planning to rest , fire alarms keep going off for no reason very often at odd hours , for example right now is 5am on a Sunday and the fire alarm is going on.
I've been living here for over a year and would highly recommend Gables Grand Plaza to anyone moving into the area. The location of the building cannot be beat. You have restaurants, a supermarket, and practically anything else you would want within walking distance. The units are also well priced. But it's the management, maintenance team, and other staff at Gables Grand Plaza are the differentiating factor. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
We stayed here while our home was being built. The location is fantastic and practical. We enjoyed the farmers market and restaurants. Some of the negatives were, outsiders using the gym and pool. The smell of dog urine everywhere. The call box never seemed to work properly. Your visitors have to pay to park. Lastly, be prepared as they will likely keep your deposit.

I love living in this building. Location is great and is very well kept. The staff is very friendly and no complaints so far.
Its a great place to live with maintenance service calls when necessary its noisy at night with people swimming in the pool or out in the courtyard at night but i keep the tv on to eliminate the noise to sleep. Tap 42 is very busy and noisy but if there was in off duty there would make it alot safer.
