G8 have been incredibly helpful through the entire process of me renting one of their properties. Also id like to thank Laura especially for helping me through the process of repairs after an accident I had inside the property to which she was very understanding and helpful too my situation by organising the relative trades needed in an efficient and timely manner to rectify the issues. She was a huge help.
Asking for all sorts of checks, identification, bank statements to book a VIEWING for a ROOM, not a flat or house. With every other estate agent in Barnsley, I have been able to get viewings without doing this. Don't let them waste your time. Edit: Offered me a viewing with just ID and asked me to delete, have already found a place so I declined. Keeping it up for future prospective tenants to know this is an option.
