Person who answered the phone was very rude. Enough to put you off booking with them
I'm not critizing Mr G watson's practice at all as I haven't had any treatment just the person who answered the phone. On asking if there was any earlier appts than the one given( as anybody would ask), the person said rather rudely & unpleasantly 'As I said before to you, thats the earliest appt we have got'. I wasn't unpleasant or demanding but there was no reason whatsoever to be rude to me. Not impressed at all.......
After being injured in 2005 I have needed treatment for my feet. I always use GT Watson. I have been a customer of Lisa for many years and I would not go anywhere else. Paul Rooke
