i entirely agree with tim o shook word for word renering i close two different colours i experienced same damage to fencing and vent and 1 sill left a helluva mess still problems pipes covered in plaster rendering still all over the place keep saying they will fix problems guess what they hav.nt neighbours front garden wrecked 91 yrs old does need this hassel
