Had a very easy tenancy with GK Whites for the past year. We had very few problems with the property but found them very responsive and friendly when we did have issues. It was a great experience for us as students renting for the first time, highly recommend!
Great staff/ estate agents
Worst estate agent I’ve had in 4 years of uni. Impossible to get a prompt response to issues. Without a washing machine for 2 weeks and with the blocked pipe it ruined a load of clothes and overflowed all over the kitchen. Oven wasn’t working for 1 month. No compensation offered. Then tried to claim roughly 300 per person from deposit for cleaning an oven (which hadn’t worked for the last month) and a few things left behind.
